Not usually one to write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond!! Two different roofing companies had looked at my roof and said there “wasn’t enough” hail damage to submit a claim. A friend gave me Kirby’s number—he came out with chalk and marked it all up, then was present a few days later when the insurance company arrived. Not only did they help me get my roof replaced, but the were communicative, professional, helpful, and did great work. Pretty rare in my experience. I shouldn’t need a roofer again for 20+ years, but if I do DG will be my first call!!

I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful service provided by Ellis and DG Roofing. From our first contact with Ellis to the excellent and painless follow-up, this was one of the best home repair experiences we've ever been involved in. We had hail and wind damage to our roof and gutters. Ellis evaluated the damage, thoroughly explained the insurance claim process, and worked with the insurance company when the initial claim estimate came in lower than expected. He was patient with our many questions and offered us a range of roofing and gutter options. During the repairs, the DG Roofing crew was respectful, easy to communicate with, and diligent with site prep, keeping our landscaping and a/c unit covered and protected. They were easy to work with and had our roof replaced in a day and the gutters shortly thereafter. They cleaned up after themselves and, unlike previous roofing experiences, we found no nails or bits of metal left behind. We are delighted with the end result! We're getting a discount on our insurance premiums now because of the new impact resistant shingles and our house looks great. Many thanks to Ellis and the entire DG Roofing crew -- you guys are awesome!

DGRoofing is the best roofing company around. They did an incredible job of my roof. At first Allstate basically paid for nothing, a few shingles. It was a joke. DGRoofing submitted another estimate with great detail and Allstate approved the entire amount. The first roofer that came to my house said oh there is no hail damage! So wrong! So grateful that DGRoofing came by and game me that great hail damage estimate. During the work they found that I had two roofs. It took them twice as long to get both roofs. They also discovered big holes in the roof decking and replaced those. I am forever grateful that they found all these problems and promptly fixed everything. I can’t imagine what would have happened if DGRoofing had not come by and found that hail damage. They went above and beyond in fixing my roof. Plus it looks incredible!! Looks like I have a new house!! Thank you so so much DGRoofing for your incredible service and hard work on my roof!!
